Hi, I’m Kerrin Revell, welcome to my journey of thought, which today is about staying sane in quarantine.
I work from home and live way out in the country and therefore I often find myself in isolation. I thought the following might be useful if you’re not used to living like this. It’s a list of things you can do to help feel somewhat normal. I put this together with my wife. Hope this helps.
– stay in contact with people via Skype/phone/whatever
– keep to a routine
– exercise
– stay motivated and don’t just watch TV all day
– limit your time on social media
– do things you enjoy like hobbies, listening to music etc
– maintain self compassion
